Yes, if you've generated fewer than 3 photos in your account's lifetime. Log in, go to your account, and select "Request a Refund" to process it yourself if eligible. If you've made 3 or more photos, we can't offer refunds due to the high costs of generative AI. Our upstream providers don't refund GPU processing time, and passing that cost back would hurt us. You agreed to this during signup—but you can cancel your subscription anytime to stop future charges.

Cancel anytime by logging into your account, clicking "Billing," and heading to Stripe's portal. There, you can cancel, switch plans, or download invoices. Can't log in? Go to cutifyai.com/billing, enter the email you signed up with, and Stripe will send you a login link to manage everything.

This happens when you've signed up with multiple emails and canceled the wrong account. Here's the fix: Search your inbox for "Your receipt from Cutify" emails from Stripe to find the active account's email. Then visit cutifyai.com/billing, log in with that email, and cancel the subscription there. Problem solved!

You can get a refund if you've generated fewer than 10 photos in your account's history. Log in, select "Request a Refund" in your account, and process it yourself if eligible. Then, sign up again for the monthly plan. If you've made 10 or more photos, we can't refund due to high AI processing costs—but you'll still enjoy a year of awesome features!
